There's a channel on pluto TV that only airs the original 3 turtles movies back to back 24/7.

So good, but one pet peeve personally,

*Spoiler Alert*in the VHS edition they cut the bit out at the end where Splinter holds Shredder on the side of the building and gives him the "without honour" speech so Shredder only somersaults and goes straight down into the dump truck. Always thought that worked better and had more epic impact, all action, no pause for the speech half way through. Unsure why the cut was made and whether the original cinema release was like that or not but it worked so much better imo but all DVD / Blu ray releases since seem to include the speech which bug me everytime lols

It's because originally when shown in the UK they cut out all scenes with Mikey's nunchucks, which is what Splinter is holding to throw Shredder over the edge. So the VHS didn't include this. By the time the DVD release came round they'd relaxed the laws in the UK, and so reintroduced those scenes.

It's the same reason why the 1980s cartoon was Hero Turtles in the UK and Ninja Turtles everywhere else.

Good deal. I opted for the German edition. Which has the best audio and video quality. Plus best special features.

Jim Hensons did the animatronics for the costumes and I remember really enjoying the film when I was a lad

Any idea if this has audio description? If you've ordered and received one, would you mind checking the back of the case and checking the audio languages section?
