Returns
Changed your mind? If you would like to return your item/s and are within 30-days of your order date, you can open up a return request via your orders page to follow the instructions provided.

The item/s must be returned along with all accessories, in the original box and internal packaging. It must not be used, installed, or downloaded.

There are some exemptions to our returns policy such as health & hygiene products which, once the seal is broken, are unable to be returned. This is including but not limited to headphones/shavers/toothbrushes.

The items supplied must be returned at your own expense and within your returns period as stated by eBay when you open a return request.

If you are outside of the 30-day returns period, or report damage after this time, you are sadly no longer able to return the item and we will be unable to assist further if the appliance is damaged.

We list brand new condition products which include a minimum 12-month parts and labour warranty starting from the day of delivery.

If your product develops a fault within the first 30-days from delivery, you can return the product back to us for a full refund or replacement.

If the fault occurs after your cancellation period, please contact our service agents via the "Contact Seller" link at the top of this page, or through the "My eBay" messages in your account and they will be happy to advise you on how best to resolve the issue.

Cheers, are these much of a step up in picture quality as a PS5 or Series X? I realise it supports more formats than PS5.

Noticeable step up. 4K HDR picture much more accurate. Blu rays not too much difference.

Sod’s Law 🤦‍♂️ Just ordered from Richersounds! Went for the refundable 6 year warranty though. Now second guessing whether to cancel.

Richer Sounds offers a Price Beat if you find a cheaper price within 14 days of purchase. Obviously though, the 10% deal has expired now though, so I don't know how much this advice will help you. Maybe the 10% offer will come back on before the 14-day window has expired?

I'm in a frustrating position where I ordered with a Price Beat when Hughes Electrical had it for sale for £290, but then it went down to £270, but I don't know if their 14-day "best price promise" still applies if you've already had them do a Price Beat. I appreciate this is all retrospective, since the 10% discount has gone now, but it'd be good to know for future.

cant believe blu-ray is reaching end of life over inferior quality streaming services. Convenience over quality
