Mine has gone brown on the inside of the base and therefore sticks.
Obviously heated it up too much or put it through the dishwasher!

i cleaned mine with sponges only, it still gets brown after a year.

Scoville is ok for electric hobs but terrible with gas flame. It takes longer to heat in general and doesn't reach as good temperature which means longer cooking and more expensive utility bills. I tried some of these products but not worth it and they dont last long about a year and mine was tossed in the cupboard because it wasn't any good.

I've got a couple of these in slightly larger sizes. I've had them for a couple of years and are my 'daily' general use pans. Very easy to clean, I always use a scrub daddy to clean them and they've not gone brown yet. The little silver inserts fell out a while back though!

Scoville pans are a waste of time. The non stick is pretty poor and if you try to claim on warranty they just say you have used it on too high a heat setting. Avoid.

Had three of these in a row, the non stick always starts to peel off around the top where the lid sits. We use dishwasher exclusively to clean maybe this is the reason. Buyer beware 😜 (edited)

I got one last year for £6, it's been ok, did the job for camping and now sits in my kitchen as an additional when I need it.

    Works with induction.

Like all scoville pans it's not the best, but it's certainly OK for 12 with a lid.

For those complaining about the browning, it only works when the browning first starts, not if it's left, but I've found a tiny bit of olive oil and a couple of thick bacon medallions, if you heat up the pan to the right heat and use the medallions to scrub it, it seems that it mostly comes off... So long as it's not too burnt on 🤷 (yes it sounds strange but it's worked for me) (edited)

I'd agree about the frying pans but think the stockpots are good as although they take longer to heat this isn't an issue for making things that don't require high temps as you're not frying in a stockpot etc

Are these any good with induction jobs?
