    this or the Honor 90?

After having had a close look at both via some comparisons, simple one here gsmarena.com/com…297 (more adanced kimovil.com/en/…2gb), I've come to the conclusion that this is the better phone overall for the following reasons...
+ Better main camera with OIS & more video modes (camera review here gsmarena.com/rea…php)
+ Better audio & stereo speakers
    + Faster charging

    Honor's pros over this...
+ Brighter screen, especially outdoors with the 1600 nits rating
+ Better SoC / processor, but not by a lot to be noticeable nanoreview.net/en/…050
+ 4K video on the selfie-cam as well

The conclusion on the gsmarena review above says the following...
"The main camera is the real showstopper on the Realme 11 Pro+ - it's as flagship as on the Galaxy S23 Ultra, and the photo and video quality are as premium as it can get these days. The ultrawide and selfie cameras do offer a good experience, too, but they are more fitting to the mid-range class, which could be a letdown for some."
Could be a bit OTT though, so perhaps read/watch other reviews too.

I'm more of a better-camera-on-a-smartphone person, but you may be swayed by other features.
Also consider the even better Honor Magic4 Pro for £479 - see my comparison, etc lower down here hotukdeals.com/com…503 (edited)

If the screen was just flat, I'd absolutely consider getting this.

How does the camera (photos/videos) compare to flagships?
My wife had SG20Ultra which has just broke, would tht be an upgrade?

Specs wise it's an upgrade (I hated my S20 Ultra) but to be honest I would buy a used s22 Ultra over this phone (a US one with the Snapdragon SOC would be an excellent buy but the UK version is pretty much the same)

Imo anyone who pays this amount of money for a phone is a silly billy, it will not change your life if the search you do on Google comes back a microsecond quicker than a 100£ phone or the picture you take has a tad more colour , or your super zoom is cool. Good luck to you though, if you buy one.

Do you have a link, is there any catch to this Vs the one on the deal? Seems too good to be true?

seems a lot of phone for the money, we had a 7 pro that was really good

Any idea which charger will this come with please, I'm in the UK, will I have to mess about getting a 100w 3 pin plug? Cheers

This is a good question that only a buyer will be able to answer correctly.
There is no way to contact the seller to ask on this one & no UK reviews at Amazon to give us a clue.
Leave it to me & I'll do some digging.

I would rather risk getting it from AliExpress than paying double 😜

I need to replace my beloved Huawei p30 which I dropped today. My main concern is a camera which is at least as good as the p30 (that can do the portrait with blurred background thing) and a battery that will last a day. Budget up to about £500 max. Is this a good option?

I was going to get a pixel 7 but have heard horror stories about the battery life. (edited)
    Crossbow's avatar
Yes this is definitely a good option, also would recommend the Honor Magic4 Pro for £479 hotukdeals.com/dea…31/, which is a lot like Huawei in terms of the OS interface, which you might prefer if you like it on your P30.
    +£10 TCB topcashback.co.uk/fon…se/

This vs the Magic4 Pro gsmarena.com/com…390, with main Pros over this below...
    + IP68 dust/water resistant
    + Larger, better quality screen
+ More powerful SoC / processor
+ Better cameras, with separate 3.5 optical zoom cam (compare cams & also low light performance gsmarena.com/pic…390)
+ 4K video on the selfie-cam as well
+ Wireless charging (superfast as well), along with reverse wireless
    + Intrared port
    Cons
    - Half the storage & 4Gb lower RAM
    - Lower battery life, but the superfast 100W charging counters this somewhat I would imagine (edited)

The Redmi Note 12 Pro Plus has a similar camera and is a bit cheaper. Maybe this has a better processor?

Great phone. Just uncertain about the EU plug.. cos I'd probably need to buy abuk charging brick from Westfield Xiaomi store either way
