This model replaces the S2721DFGA, which has been discontinued.

Brings it down to £198.55
Good overall uniformity in terms of brightness, very little to no backlight bleed and IPS glow is normal
Ghosting performance is good throughout the refresh range 48-165hz (UFO test)
Very minimal inverse ghosting and overdrive artifacts, even at extreme. In comparison to the majority of monitors I've used this is a significant upgrade, even without any form of dynamic overdrive. This means no more changing to a lower or higher overdrive setting to avoid inverse ghosting and overshoot with freesync enabled, at least when the framerate fluctuates wildly.
Build quality is good, nothing special but the stand is solid.
There is a slight green tint, even with dells own native colour profile but this does reduce eye strain and can be adjusted easily with the hue and colour options within the display OSD or dell display manager within windows.
Comes with a displayport and usb-c to displayport cable.
As a bonus it supports 10bit colour (maybe FRC but still good) at the max refresh rate of the display! (edited)

Its probably why it works with ps5 as I gather that the ps5 only allowed 1080 or 4k so by supporting the latter and the monitor downsampling to 1440p means 1440p120 is indirectly possible (edited)
