sorted byHIGH5 make my favourite sports nutrition products (good taste, effects + typicaly some of the best value in the market ). I use the Energy Powder, Energy Gels and Electrolyte tabs every week!
This 2.2Kg tub hasn't been much cheaper than this in over two years (according to Keepa.com)
- Available in Berry and Orange flavours at £14.81
- Tropical for £15.74, Citrus for £17.61
For cycling: I use 4-6 scoops of powder (350-525 cals / 88-132g carbs) in each of the 2x 800-1000ml bottles I carry when I'm out for 3-5 hour rides (usually with a dash of orange squash/cordial for taste, and an extra electrolyte tablet when it's hot).
- On really hard/fast rides, I'll also consume 1-2x 23g carb gels as well, to ensure I'm getting 60-100g of carbs per hour!
I usually go for the Orange flavour, but might try some Berry this time
