I've tried some Merrell including both the MOBA II, III & the Claypool and have found you generally need to go at least ½ a size up maybe even a whole size depending on your feet (edited)

I agree, I always have to go half a size bigger (I tend to be 10 or 10.5 in most brands but go for 11 in Merrell).

I've had a few Merrells. Comfy shoes, true to size, last a while. But they are prone to rolling your ankle due to the rounded narrower soles.

Bought a pair of Merrell goretex ankle boots. First time I walked through wet grass they filled up like water balloons. Never again.

My hubby too bought a pair at full price, went to woods.. wet shoes and then they smelled awful

Is Merrell an Ashley brand now?! Seem to be a lot on sale here which is what happened with Karrimor a few years back…

The vapour glove is a great deal if you're into barefoot gear

Any good lacefree shoes for wider feet, it's difficult to buy shoes for my feet online without trying them.

Yeah the Merrel Alverstone is quite good for wide feet but with laces. Also the Keen Arroyo 2 or Keen Newport H2 are very wide but they are a sandal type but proper walking / hiking sandal with speedlace rather than traditional laces

Waterpro doesn’t mean waterproof , wish I hadn’t bought them, bought them thinking they are waterproof.
