Any idea how to waive off the killer £4.99 delivery fee , even if you choose store delivery.

Just think of it as £23.39 delivered - is that not still a decent price? Free delivery is still costed into all good from all retailers in some way and it is just a psychological marketing effect. Although I do see that store collection is different, because they could be taken from local stock as there are regular store deliveries anyway, that the costs are way reduced. They do offer a voucher for the equivalence of the fee with store collection, I suppose

Sport direct don't do refunds for returns just voucher.

That's only when bought in store and does not apply to online orders due to distance selling regs.
