Nice deal. I was looking at the 34" iiyama GB3467WQSU-B5, which is £299 at the moment, but it's probably not worth paying an extra £100 for 2 inches.

Apart from that, are there any advantages with the iiyama over this?
    dadofdaisy's avatar
I’d definitely pay £100 for an extra 2 inches 😞

Looks like it's gone up to £218.89

Isn't that just the price before the discount codes.

The current email of DA Coupons does not give 20% off monitors, only 10%.
I'm sure they don't give out varying offers to different companies?

Not sure how you got 20% as I'm only getting a "10% discount on all monitors. " (edited)

I just tested it with my work e-mail and received a 20% coupon (new one) so it still works for me.

    hold off

the response times (especially at 120 hz) are much better on the IPS- it looks real good. you cant beat IPS on bang for your buck.
ideally you need to spend big to get a solid VA panel

Is it Noice enough though? Or can I get noicer?
    computerguy234's avatar
There was an Acer 170Hz qHD IPS monitor for £150 at Argos a few months ago.

I'm happy waiting for something like that again so I can get a couple

How does free sync work with Nvidea? Or if you're running Nvidea hardware is this a pointless feature? - to any tec nerds
    Nick_Manhota's avatar
It works with gsync you have to manually set it in the graphics settings, the monitor is not certified but it does work.
  9. PJP007's avatar
    Is this a 4k monitor?
    Seeya's avatar
No its in between full HD and 4K

How is this for the Xbox series x?
This or the 27inch offer for a £100 more.
Will there be a significant difference in quality? I’m not bothered about price.
Will also be used for PC productivity.
    TheCostOfLies's avatar
The difference between the 32" and 27" models of the SXX22DGM, as far as I'm aware, is simply the size of the monitor, and by extension, the pixel density. I use the 27" for my Series X and it's exceptional, provided you set up your console properly (turn on Full RGB in the video settings, and set the Xbox to 1440/120hz, for example)

    VA though...

You can't have it all at this sort of price.

And you must remember, this is a curved monitor, hence VA panel (which is better suited for curved). (edited)

Deffo worth it at this price

Is it ok for productivity or more of a gaming monitor? res looks a bit low on the horizontal for 32"
  15. TheCostOfLies's avatar
    Superb monitor, excellent price.

Managed to get two of these on Tuesday last week for less than £155 each. There must have been a price glitch as they were marked as a shade over £170 on the website. I had a 10% Dell voucher which then brought each one down even further. By the time I had ordered two, they seemed to have realised there was an error and marked it as OOS until they fixed it. Still, they honoured the price for the two I had ordered.

I had been looking out for a deal on the 34" model but when I saw the chance to get two of these for about £300, I couldn;t turn it down. Extremely happy with the monitors so far. (edited)

It just amazing !!! For only £130 for me. 20% off student discount + 10% off Lloyds offer
    simba2585's avatar
    Wow £130 lol

Not enough pixels for 32 inch. At this size you want 4k. 1440p (which this is) is best at max 27 inch.
    TheCostOfLies's avatar
    32" at 1440p has better pixel density than a 50" 4k TV

    Perfectly fine at this size

Hi, when did you order the 2nd? Has is shipped? I ordered both today as 2 separate orders. 1st order is Shipped and 2nd order is still In Production.
  26. simba2585's avatar
    got my second order in
  27. simba2585's avatar
Looks like it's back up to £309 now before discount.

Set both of mine up and 1 display has a permanently lit pink pixel (a bit off centre) .

Don't think that qualifies for a replacement under dell's pixel policy even with premium panel exchange but maybe I can exchange as it's within the 14 day period. (edited)
    doggingdeals's avatar
I'm sure you can return, I think the pixel policy comes into effect after the usual 14-30 days return period

I have an LG 29um68 ultra wide IPS led monitor at the moment, mostly for office work and is great for spreadsheets. Occasional gaming of course.

Is this dell going to be way better ?
  34. Bash_er's avatar
Same. I can't decide on this or the 34 inch LG ultra wide for office work. The USBC, adjustable stand and price is tempting me to the Dell.

Currently I use 2x24 1080p monitors, which are good, but a bit cumbersome.

Edit. Just realized no usbc on the Dell... (edited)

You can get a 20% voucher through various organisations such as Universities, Schools & Colleges, NHS, Armed Forces or if your employer is a DELL customer. I got 20% off by using my council email address
