No longer runs on EE. It is now O2. Unfortunately, I bought as a backup for my O2 SIM thinking it was EE.
Customer service is a bit slow, the web interface is clunky and getting remaining balances seems hard work. But I don't get that delay I used to get when using Lyca when I try and call people
Yes, I have got another plan but of late can't send SMS to *669# to get remaining balance (using the correct code). Has anyone experienced the same?

I belive there is a 2 Year sim for £35 saving £5, I don't know if that helps. Also this was posted as a deal and I don't know why it has been moved to Discussions!
With these is it possible to spend out of bundle? If you're paying a one off charge they can't exactly bill you.
