Did anyone buy a 32inc frame tv direct from Samsung in October?

Really hoping someone can help me out here 🙏

So samsung.com had an offer where you got 12mths Disney, £100 cashback and 5 yr warranty. Couldn't get the link to work to register it when it arrived because Samsung wasn't on the retailers list. Called in got a different link to register then printed out the warranty confirmation. Fast forward a couple of weeks and the extended warranty has been cancelled ! I've obviously been in contact but not heard anything back for about a week now. I took screenshots of everything offered except the warranty part so hoping someone on here purchased one and had evidence it was advertised/sold with a warranty

T&C applicable to 5 years warranty for Samdung model
    Frame QE32LS03BBUXXU
when registered via the 8LYTF7HRGFZ8V page at
    my-samsung.com/uk/…rs/
is via a Shamdung PDF dated 07 August 2023 which is still hosted by Scamdung at
    api.my-samsung.com/Upl…pdf
and courteously archived just for you for time immemorial (or until the demise of WBM / internet, whichever occurs first) at:
    web.archive.org/web…pdf

    Qualification expressly requires:
    2. Purchases must be made from the online shop on Samsung.com only
and no doubt Shamdung will specifically exclude applicability to non-browser sales which is arguably compliant with its terms but definitely into unfair terms / practices territory if mobile app sales are not classed as browser / .com-compliant.
But hey - this is Shamdung.

TBH Shamdung can't even be bothered to meet its obligation to file its corporate accounts at UK Gov Companies House
    archive.is/BWxzD
so its record keeping of your near-zero-value TV sale will be a sham.

When the TV suffers premature bustedness you will likely be better off going straight to legally enforceable CRA / S75 to bypass the hilarious argument that will ensue about Samdung's voluntary warranty applicability or not,
although if you purchased within the last month you may be better off somehow exercising your 30days right to reject right now, if not sooner, to avoid all the future obligatory hassle.

Sorry just seen this ! Thanks for all the info. They seem to change the rules when ever they feel like as I've had no problem registering the extended warranty for a dryer I bought via blue light the month before. They have already agreed a return on the basis I've been miss sold but I'm waiting to find out if il be rejected for the £100 cashback before I do. Plus need to find exactly the same tv with the warranty to replace it with as I have plasterboard so can't be making more holes to mount another TV

...I've now been told the t&Cs excluded epp purchases from the warranty

what is the seller's name stated on your sales invoice?
Is it Samsung Electronics (UK) Ltd
    or Partner Retail Services Ltd
    or some other entity?
    Thanks.

Just to add that this was to replace a cheap one that had failed just outside of the warranty so only bought Samsung again due to having an extended one

A Samdung TV busted prematurely, so you bought another Samdung TV

Presumably "just out of warranty" means less than six years from purchase,
so redress via standard Consumer Rights Act claim presented to original retailer and/or any applicable credit provider will apply.

Was Samdung the retailer for the prematurely busted set,
or was it purchased via a reseller?

Thanks. I've seen that one. You can only register there if bought from a selected retailer. I bought direct as they had a picture of a 5yr warranty on the listing pictures. It's that, that I need unfortunately

No. I've never heard of it. Will check it out as I've now been told the t&Cs excluded epp purchases from the warranty
