Which printer?

Hi everyone.
I am looking to get a printer and i am thinking of getting a laser printer this time.
I got a cheap inkjet last year and it is starting to play up.
Do you have any recommendations about which one I should?
I can get a laser printer for around ~£250 but the laser printer toner cartridges are expensive! Can you tell me a value for money deal?

Spec I am looking for

Colour
Duplex (printing both sides)

Thanks

Brother models tend to have cheap, compatible cartridges.

For more suggestions or details, try search - plenty of info available.

I've got a Brother laser printer and have been very happy with it

Another recommendation for Brother laser printers. Had ours 3 years now and never fails.

Brother. Less tears, less boxes of tissues consumed; compatible cartridges vailable.

When buying any printer, always check the cost of consumables/ink/toner. Read some reviews to get an idea of print yields and running cost per page.

Check out brothers, Canon, HP/Samsung (hp bought out samsungs printer devision) Kyocera, Lexmark.

Again Brother from their offer about 3 years ago. A few changes of cartridges at about £40-50 for a set. Generally fine, but one set did have powder leakage on a few colours.

What do you say about this? Seems reasonable but how expensive are the toners

Sure a quick Google would answer that

Yeah I'm with everyone else here.
    I have this:

It's only a Mono printer so not for you, but just recommending the brand.

Bought it for its small footprint over anything else but couldn't be happier with it, won't be going back to inkjet. (edited)
