Would existing customers be able to transfer over to this or is it just for new customers? Cheers

If it's available in your plans, you can change it. Did it during Black Friday, no issues

Have the £12 one with video but data never reduces, are all the sims really unlimited?
    Animal5865's avatar
No I've found the £12 with unlimited video on do .
  4. muzammil1124's avatar
Can you have Vodafone rewards with this?
    Gollywood's avatar
No. They have their own occasional offers

Never really understand why VOXI gets so hot. TalkMobile is the same network but has better deals at basically every price point and includes (some) EU roaming...
    Karamazov's avatar
Most people’s data is taken up by social networks or media streaming, many Voxi packages have unlimited

    Voted Hot!

Not the cheapest of contracts going but a good deal at £10 for VOXI. I was on VOXI a couple years ago and they were a great network, signal was fantastic in my area.

I've bought this for my son and I've gone for this Talkmobile deal through top cashback for me.

£120GB for £9.95pm and also get £15 cashback, I think that's also a cracking deal. Also uses Vodafone network the same as VOXI

Off topic but is anyone moving from Three? Been with them for years but the complete data blackouts recently have caused me all kinds of problems (in and around Manchester).

I moved to Smarty not knowing they also used Three and they're even worse, so jumped ship to Lyca and the service is phenomenal everywhere. Also weighed up Voxi but went with Lyca for the EE level service.
    vaggav's avatar
I haven't been on 3 for about 10 years, it wasn't the best coverage back then, but to touch on Lyca....

I moved to Lyca a couple weeks ago now and been the worst decision ever. I knew they used EE but it sounds like EE network is more hyped than it warrants, I'd say Vodafone are the best.

I done a coverage checker for my main places I am in a day (Home and work) EE showed excellent coverage inside and out, Vodafone did as well but EE was slightly better.

Got the SIM and I have no signal all day because it doesn't work indoors in both locations and when outside the data speed is sometimes painfully slow that it's unusable.

I've been with all of the networks that use Vodafone and their coverage and speed is 100% better than Lyca. (Lebara, Talkmobile, VOXI, Vodafone)

I've got the Talkmobile SIM ordered up to replace the dud Lyca!

It is counting down... On the £10 for 30GB

Might be best to go on to the £12 deal

I've been with Voxi for a couple of years & very good coverage (based upon where I live). The only issue is outbound calls will automatically end after 29mins and 50sec.

Seems to be a known issue, some have suggested disabling WiFi calling which I have done. Still seems to be happening. Only a pain when on hold to a call centre, just get through and the call ends!!!
    Gage84's avatar
I haven't experienced that issue myself

I took this deal yesterday via TCB website not phones.co.uk...the top link on the TCB voxi link gave me this 60gb option even though further down it said 30gb the plan I got was 60gb AND 21 quid pending cashback!
    BlueRalph's avatar
Just did the same thanks to your post, if they turn out to be rubbish I'll keep it 2 months get £25 cashback making me £5 profit

Voxi was a big step up in signal and data speeds over Three for me. Not to mention Three support made me want to stick corkscrews in my ears. Having said that, I've noticed some really poor signal/data in some places when travelling around the UK so be sure to check coverage and speeds in your area.
  12. Karamazov's avatar
My only downside with Voxi is the lack of roaming
    Animal5865's avatar
Get the £12 unlimited then you can afford a couple of quid extra for a eu bundle.
  13. paul.julian's avatar
5g coverage outside London is rubbish (Yorkshire) Smarty far better using three network.
  14. Fonsocruise's avatar
    You gotta pay for Roaming.
Main reason I left Voxi, and the crap signal.
    Animal5865's avatar
Crap for you brilliant for me.Its my unlimited mobile and broadband for a wonderful £12.
  15. AbuG's avatar
Just got today...went to activate but on their website it says £10 is giving 30Gb (normally 15Gb double winter sale)

Was supposed to be 60Gb !?
    Animal5865's avatar
Main thing to check is it counting down on account.
  16. coded78's avatar
I've just spoken with the seller and Voxi..... Neither are willing to honour this deal despite it still being live.
Voxi claim the deal has ended and it's 30GB for £10 now! AVOID!

    Same here

Utterly useless chat with a complete head that refused to accept screen shot as legit from the order and website. Chat guy basically tried to activate the sim and asked pac I think it was to get number swaps they are trying to get you watch out people..
    Wasted time (edited)

Don't get me wrong the deal was great, the guys on the other side were completely useless it's like talking with a bot..

Is this the same next work coverage as Lebara?

    Yeah

Says 30gb on the Voxi app?
    Gollywood's avatar
The deal isn't directly via Voxi

    Heat.
I've had this plan the last time it was posted. It's brill if Voda coverage is great in your neck of the woods.
VOXI is technically Vodafone, but marketed for the younger gen. Don't let that stop you from getting this deal. I like the rolling 1M contract so I can bail anytime. And, the free data from social media usage means I have peace of mind if I happen to hammer the usage once every so often.
  22. Paul_Ryder's avatar
Of all the networks and providers I have had Voxi has been the best. Great coverage and web chat support if required and the prices / tariffs are great. Currently on 90gb with unlimited calls and texts / social media / music / video for £15 per month.
    ozk's avatar
Agreed - if you don’t need eSIM and customer support it is the best.
Vodafone has quietly become the best network in the UK bar none.
  23. Norman_Stanley_Fletcher's avatar
I tried VOXI and they were useless. Lost SIMs, difficult help chat. Worst of all, no inclusive EU data roaming.

Went with Lebara after a couple of months. Much better. (edited)

Can someone advise me… I work with old people., we need a camera like ring or tapo in the house to watch who’s coming and going.. if I was to get this deal could I just put sim on phone and use the data that way to work the camera alerts?? As the lady does not have Wi-Fi in the home.. just trying to find out if it’s possible? And if it is is it worth getting this or another with less data possibly a bit cheaper for her !?
    Thanks for reading x

You could use this, and yes it would work though I would advise getting a mifi 4g device - it will work in a phone, but in tethering mode it will get hot and blitz the battery, and some phones switch off tethering mode when it looses any data using being used. A mifi is either on or off
  25. Ricky650's avatar
    I'd give it a try if they did a 30gig £5 offer
I'm happy with Lebara and don't see a reason to move (edited)

I got the deal via voxi direct a couple of weeks ago, looks as if it's still there but I could be wrong.

Using it as a second SIM at the moment but in my area they're pulling ahead signal wise - when 4G came out EE were on it like a rocket, 5G not so much there's still no sign of it but Vodafone have had it for ages. I might switch when the time comes. £20+inflation vs. regular £12 deals for much the same thing.

Can I buy now? And when is the last date to start using it?
  28. Saver12's avatar
does this allow tethering ? and will social media be still not counted if tethering for example on a apple ipad
    Animal5865's avatar
My £12 30gb Voxi SIM counter does not move and I tether to the TV over 200gb a month. (edited)
  29. H_G2's avatar
I don't like voxi, since I moved to voxi around 3 months ago, my number's been spoofed,
  30. AbuG's avatar
Contacted the seller via chat they state, extra data will be added later (edited)

I signed up for this... now having problems getting them to honor the additional data that was made up of the deal. Phones.co.uk are passing the buck to Voxi (phones.co.uk have the worse support) and now trying to get Voxi to add it to my account.
