Can I please ask if there is a cheap company that makes spare car keys?

Cutting a physical spare from an existing key can be cheap.
Programming the transponder will significantly add to the cost,
although some vehicles permit a functional transponder key to be temporarily/permanently strapped to ignition barrel to permit cheap(er) non-transponder keys to be used for normal operation,
but that MO will be an interesting declaration to ins co.

Do you not have a local cobblers like me? Give them a call. I was quoted stupid money when I Googled local remote key coding

I had a replacement basic key last month done at local cutting shop £40, but it would have been £159 for full remote, so shop around.

The physical key cutting part should be relatively cheap - if you can convince them to cut it - a lot will refuse! If you need the transponder encoding it might be cheaper to replace the locks from a scrap yard. (I know my local sells keys for various models starting at £19)

Not sure about cheap but I had to get one done a couple of months back. Had it done at Timpsons, in one of their places in a Tesco car park. £79 for a non-remote key. Does the job and was in a very handy location.

Without knowing the make/model/year you're not going to get a decent answer.
