There have been several. Patches in Nov & Dec 23 brought decent performance improvements. I'm not saying it fixed everything or totally optimised the game, but for me personally, the game now plays well enough to at least enjoy it.

Have they fixed this game yet? The lag was unreal when I tried it on game pass

I've seen comments from less than 30 days ago. "Early access" "beta". So I won't purchase yet either. I'll try again in 1 year. (edited)
