About this deal
This deal is expired. Here are some options that might interest you:
Lovely price (under £1000) - posted something similar a while back, and thought I'd share another route.
You'd be visiting quite a few destinations - the airlines vary from (but most aren't full-service - like easyJet) - this post is aimed mostly at backpackers, so don't expect too much luxury.
Plenty of places across the world to wash clothes etc. - make sure you plan accommodation and itineraries, this is just based on flights.
All flights are direct (except the final one), and start and return to Gatwick!
There's a Small Europe Stay (Paris), then you America (Miami + Los Angeles), followed by Hawaii (Honolulu), Down Under (Melbourne), then a final Asia Leg (Singapore, Kuala Lumpur, Phuket & Bangkok) - before you head home to London.
Note you can skip the Europe leg, and go straight to Miami if you want.
Gatwick to Paris - 3rd March - here
Paris to Miami - 7th March - here
Miami to Los Angeles - 12th March - here
Los Angeles to Honolulu - 18th March - here
Honolulu to Melbourne, Australia - 27th March - here
Melbourne to Singapore - 6th April - here
Singapore to Kuala Lumpur - 10th April - here (there may be cheaper way of doing this)
Kuala Lumpur to Phuket - 15th April - here
Phuket to Bangkok - 20th April - here (One had better flight times)
Bangkok to Gatwick - 29th April - here
Total is around £799
Hope it helps someone

sorted byI’ve done 3 months in se Asia with a 20l decathlon backpack that goes under the seat. Hate paying extra for stuff you don’t need. With good packing techniques you can make it work for warmer climates and do laundry every 5-7 days. Airbnb with a machine or local shop. For colder, layers are key. Thermal base layer, normal top and one of those puffa jackets that squash right down.
7 underwear and socks
5 tops, 1 base layer
1 jeans or casual trousers
1 fold down jacket
1 nice shorts
1 swim shorts
1 trainers, 1 flip flops
sunglasses
1 charger and universal adapter
toiletries buy when there. Usually get in hotel.
Pointless deal... dunno why its hot gonna cost way more than this... and people kick off about amazon charging for delivery if no prime sub but this gets hot...
I think you might have missed the point.
Round the world might be a bit more challenging, but would be fun to try!
Nice effort
Found the trickiest part to be US across the Pacific so going via Hawaii and Australia is a great shout!
Otherwise the middle east route is easier.
If I was doing this I'd skip Miami (crazy expensive to stay there), LA (dirty and full of homeless/beggars/druggies) and Melbourne and just head straight to the Asia leg. You're not missing anything (edited)
Although for me, I would add New York instead of Miami and miss Australia all together and add Japan in there instead.
Any good Pole to Pole deals? Asking for my friend Michael
eight countries and three continents, with just hand luggage.
I'm too mean to pay for hold luggage, so very rarely do.
