Can someone help me with Lyca port in details?

Okay, so maybe I am getting too old, but I can't seem to use Lyca's online form to port in as I am unsure what detail needs to be presented - am I just being dumb?

Appreciate the link - activating the Lyca SIM first is kind of a necessity as they don't seem to have any reference on the SIM as shipped to determine what the number is - I ended up putting the SIM in a phone to find out what the number is and I guess that activates it anyway!

    1. New number is your new 07.... lyca mobile number that you've been allocated.

    2. Lyca Mobile SIM number is the long number on the SIM card. Other mobile SIM number isn't mandatory.

    3. Port in date is the date you want your number to move over to Lyca

Ah - thank you - why couldn't they label the "+44 New Number*" as "Lyca number" it would have made it so much clearer!
I see that the Lyca Mobile SIM number is the long number on the SIM card and that the other mobile SIM number isn't mandatory.
Again, why couldn't they state that on the form?
Well at least I'll know for next time!

Was a bit of a hassle doing this so thought to share to help others.

*Other Mobile SIM Number can be ignored as it is an optional field.
