Return equipment to Virgin media

I need to return router equipment to virgin media what the best way to do this as my virgin media account is no longer active and someone was supposed to come collect it on Friday and no one from virgin media turned up.

    Give them a call and set up another date for pickup, I remember when I left them had to choose a date and the engineer collected the router. They could charge you otherwise.

    Tell them to send out a box or a return label. It does depend on the kit. My modem was version 3, and I was told to bin it

    This is fantastic news to hear! It means that the Hub 3 must be finally getting phased out of circulation if customers are being told to recycle it rather than returning it for refurbishment. We'll hopefully be seeing the Hub 4 and 5 being issued to new customers as standard once their remaining refurb stock is depleted.

    When I left they sent me out a box, well they actually sent me 3 separate boxes, no idea why but I returned all the kit in one and then kept getting email to say return. This went on for a while and I’m assuming that with my single return they ticked off all the hardware I had.

    They told me they'd contact me to arrange return - they never did. I still haven't binned the old equipment but I've since rejoined Virgin lol.

    If they didn't show up to collect it, I would just keep it for a while and if there is no further contact from them just dispose of it. You shouldn't be chasing them. (edited)

    Return it at an O2 store. This way it is REGISTERED as RETURNED. If you do it through the post, you're at the mercy of everyone.

    Not really cause you get a receipt email.from collect plus....when its scanned.

    They sent out box 10 days after disconnection.

    They are charging me £49 for equipment for not sending back both times that meant to come and collect and they have cancelled

    Should be £40....hub 3. Thats the email i got saying credit....awaiting final bill....see what madeup charge they going to claim....and got email saying recieved equipment. (edited)

    I found the return label on yodel website is this the correct address?
