Vitamin B12 tablets.

Any members take this type of supplement?
So many to choose from on Amazon so hopefully someone can recommend a particular brand.

I have B12 injections as I cannot absorb the B12 in tablet form, like a lot of people.

Same. I have mine every 6 weeks because i get neurological symptoms.
Try the b12 oral spray. Often b12 def is caused by stomach absorption problems so tablets wont work. The oral spray is good and i use that aswell as the injections.

There are 2000mcg strength tablets too, I'm just wondering if it would be better going for the stronger dose? (edited)

I would be looking for a high strength Vitamin B Complex which contain addition B vitamins & probably some vitamin c &/or vitamin d also.

Viridian is the best brand because it has no fillers in them. They work well
