    Can you really cancel that easily, won't you have to return the phone back as well lol? Being part of the deal price?

    I did it last time the phones sound and was as new rang up they cancelled. I got billed still for first month rand them up and they refunded. Happy with the phone and people i spoke with.

    Brilliant find. I know they are "Like New" and that A35 and A55 are round the corner, prices for both of these phones are fantastic in my opinion. Never mind the seemingly "glitch" price of before. If you want good Samsung with promised updates you can't go wrong with either of them according to your budget. (edited)

    I am plagued by constant WiFi drops on my A34. Drives me nuts. Google suggests I'm not alone. Would otherwise be a good handset for the money I paid (an older deal here). Hope mine is an isolated case, or specific to my WiFi.

    Mine was just in brown box, apart from that there was no difference between New and the handset I received.

    Made the purchase last night, got an email to track progress, yet when I log in it says 'You don't have any products or services in this My o2 account'

    Is this normal? The money was taken and I got confirmation, but now wondering if anyone has different.

    I was on the fence last time but pulled the trigger this time round. Lets hope the order goes through (I've got the worst luck when it comes to companies screwing things up!) and the phone's a good one. Then it's hoping for a decent bod at the end of the line when it's cancellation time.

    Out of interest, how long before you guys got a confirmation email? I've copied down the details from the order confirmation but so far, nothings come through via email.

    Mine's just arrived - it still has the protective stickers on round the edges! Currently setting it up for my Mother. Next up, finding a case (Tech21 dont seem to make ones for it) and calling o2!

    Has everyone who ordered theirs at least received a message from DHL by now?

    Just had £20.32 taken from my account, that after an hour speaking to 2 different people to cancel as soon as I got the phone and never using the sim!
