Bizarre O2 Priority error

Updated the Priority app but when I opened it I found I was logged out. When I go to log back in, I get this error so I can't even get to the screen where I enter a phone number to verify.

Anyone else had this, or fixed it?

    Try to clear cache and data in app storage first. If that doesn't help then re-install the app from Play.

    Tried all that, but doesn't change anything. Trying to log in still returns the same error.

    Not exactly bizarre but a glimpse into how apps work. I have seen similar things pop up on the Vodafone app. Clearing the cache helps but many times, the system is actually down.

    I say bizarre because the app was still working (and still works) fine on my other phone, and I was/am able to log out and in without issue on there, even though both have been updated to the same version at the same time.

    The only suggestions on Google are for if you're building an app yourself and have access to the source code... so no use whatsoever in this situation
