Lidl 3 year warranty

Was tempted at buying a couple of lithium batteries yesterday but what's the return process like after, say 6 months? Is the warranty with the manufacturer rather than Lidl? Anyone taken stuff back after 28 days?

Thanks

Same here always returned no questions and recently done a blow torch over email that stopped working and the manufacturer sent me a new one in the post

Anything I've ever had to return, it's a no questions asked refund. I don't think there's ever any intention to repair an item (edited)

Had an issue once with an item from them, called customer service.
They said take back to store, this was 2.5y later.
    Manager just refunded my.
That was 5 years or so ago.

Had an angle grinder pack up after about 3 months of light use, took it back and got an instant refund no questions asked.

Had a small counter oven, packed up after 2yrs - they sent me an address to post it back to (Germany) whilst sending me a replacement. Absolutely no hassle- infact, also had a handheld steamer which ended up overheating after about 6months whereby all the paint bubbled on its base. Took back to store, showed receipt, Instant money back (no offer of repair/ replacement). (edited)

I've returned a microwave after 6 months, on a Saturday, I was not popular.

Anyone know if they can help if I’ve no longer got the receipt. Got an electric staple gun that’s stopped working.
