In April 1945, the Allies are making their final push in the European theater. A battle-hardened Army sergeant named Don "Wardaddy" Collier (Brad Pitt), leading a Sherman tank and a five-man crew, undertakes a deadly mission behind enemy lines. Hopelessly outnumbered, outgunned and saddled with an inexperienced soldier (Logan Lerman) in their midst, Wardaddy and his men face overwhelming odds as they move to strike at the heart of Nazi Germany.

Critics Consensus
Overall, Fury is a well-acted, suitably raw depiction of the horrors of war that offers visceral battle scenes but doesn't quite live up to its larger ambitions. Read critic reviews

Great behind the scenes video on youtube called "FURY" Behind The Scenes inc the filming with the only working Tiger tank based in the UK.

If you like this there's countless other war film recommendations. In terms of WW2 then Come and See is the pinnacle in illustrating the horror of war. Schindler's List and Saving Private Ryan are also well known WW2 based war films which aim to depict the reality of war. None has done it better than Come and See though >

52552698-fSuTr.jpgOn my phone, the thumbnail made the writing under Brad's arm look like a very naughty word.

Should really wear my glasses more. (edited)
