Isn't "This offer is only available to IOS customers" worth pointing out?

Also you need to spend £20 to get your £12 voucher. The voucher is only available to use on your next order. This next order needs to be a minimum of £20.

So this is effectively £40 worth of food for a £28 spend, or £20 for the 1st and £8 for the 2nd spend. Both orders to be completed by 9th May. (edited)

Did you also dig your own well? Do you keep cows and chickens and grow your own veg?

Impossible to get a decent family takeaway for less than £40 on this over priced app. So that’s £28…. If the code works. Better off going direct to the restaurant and ordering (edited)

£28 to feed a family of 4 for a takeaway is not expensive though? Obviously certain cuisines are cheaper than others. But for an Indian or Chinese that ain’t too bad.

This voucher is so fantastic, you’d be a not very nice person to miss this kind offer. With very lovely & charming delivery guys who deliver absolutely brilliant, tasty food at fantastic prices on superb electric push bikes that bring it to you at as fast as they possibly can… but I must be the unluckiest bloke around because mine is always cold.

I'm still not sure why anyone expects food to be delivered piping hot as if it's just been made. Or why people think that a courier making £3 a trip, if that, actually cares about your delivery experience.

I also don't understand why it matters, as even the filth you get from McDonald's is perfectly edible unless it's sat there for literal hours.

There's a reason Uber Eats and Deliveroo don't offer refunds for cold food, yet for some reason Just Eat do.

Same as people complaining about the prices though I suppose. You're paying for convenience, and for the wages of the staff who have to listen to you cry about your steak bake being too cold for your ikcle tum tum while they refund you money for issues that Uber and Deliveroo would laugh at.

    Can't have it all eh?

£5+ in fees for cold food eh? Used to be a given before these apps came in...

Got a txt off just eat recently with code RENS-NYS1 to get £10 off minimum £15 spend use by 30th April.
Used it on cheeky Tuesday where I also got 20% (£4.03 discount) off my curry order and with both discounts got £20.15 worth curry delivered for £6.62. Delivery 50p inclusive in total.
    Tandoori nawaabi £9.22
    Tandoori mixed grill £10.93
    Total paid inc delivery £6.62
Bargain lol. On keto hence the bbq and grill stuff 😋 came with salad and sauce.

Not sure if this code will work for anyone else let me know. (edited)

Has anyone who placed an order when/before this was posted actually received the code?
  15. BabiDealings's avatar
Well I ordered on Friday, used the app and Apple Pay as per the conditions. Over 48 hours later and no email with the voucher. I assume I have never used Apple Pay (definitely haven’t on the app) as they sent me the promotion email. It is annoying when you have to chase promotions via support just because they are useless. They will probably come back and say that all 33,000 were redeemed before my order

I reached out and got a blunt email back saying:

    Read the terms and conditions.

Such a terrible response. I'm reaching out as I met the terms and conditions.

I'm already seeing terrible customer service here.
  16. daddybr00's avatar
I did this anyway, haven't received the voucher after a few days despite meeting all the requirements
    MRVISH's avatar
Took me about 20 emails back and forth until i got it.

Its terrible customer service but i got it in the end.

    Good luck!!!

Really poor this. I reached out to Just Eat on their socials due to me not getting a code and they’ve basically palmed me off saying all the codes would have been sent out already due to there being a limit. Last time I’ll be using Just Eat - an absolute con. Dangle a carrot by offering you a potential £12 off code only to then not send it you, even when they sent the email an hour or so before I ordered stating “last chance to get £12 off”. (edited)

This is why I hate these offers that you have no way of knowing whether you have qualified or not. They can always just say the redemptions have been used up, Amazon does it all the time lately as well.

    When did you order?
  18. Method45's avatar
No sign of any voucher from the last offer - anyone have an idea how to reach JustEat. Bold putting the offer on again
