Coffee splatter stains on expensive sweatshirt

Anyone have any idea how to remove these stains? Have tried Dr Beckmann stain devil and Vanish Platinum and still not come out! Wouldn't mind but only worn it a couple of times and cost me £50!4332306-g1bV4.jpg

What sort of material is your sweater?

My B-I-L's dog knocked over my cup of coffee onto grey carpet and it's taken me a few attempts to shift the stain. White vinegar diluted with warm water and a teaspoon of washing up liquid, then rinsed with water, dried. Managed to shift it, eventually!

Thanks for this. It's 95% cotton, 5% elastane. Will have another go later in the week. Have a similar stain from a few years ago on a hoodie which also cost me a small fortune. Why is it stains only appear on my best clothes?

Dr. Beckmann Stain Devils Fruit & Drinks | With active oxygen booster | 50g amzn.eu/d/0…rPi

You need to give this another go and really follow the instructions and you can repeat the treatment before washing. Fairy liquid whilst it works on tough stains can actually damage the fabric. You need to soak the stain with the beckmann then cover it with a tupperware and leave it on and then repeat. I had a stubborn motor oil stain on a nice nike top that wouldn't have shifted had I not used the beckmann for motor oil. You will shift it. Next time get a takeaway cup lol

Soak in cold water with lots of Fairy liquid (original) for a couple days then wash straight away.

I will order a Dr Beckmann Stain Devils Fruit & Drink off Amazon then. The Dr Beckmann Stain Devils I have is for Fat and Sauces maybe that's why it didn't work? I will update in a few days with the results. Thanks everyone.

I actually have a very strange stain situation I can't budge.

A down jacket that I washed with Grangers Performance Wash and sprayed with a down protector spray then tumbled on low heat.

There is a weird, 'greasy' stain on the jacket (that I noticed when it had dried) and I've used Dr. Beckmann Stain Devils Grease, Lubricant & Paint on it, white vinegar (diluted), bicarb of soda. I think it's there forever now (edited)

That must be annoying. I wish I could help but my knowledge of removing stains is poor.

I was making my bed earlier with a cut hand and guess what happened! Blood on a white, cotton blanket. Oh well that can wait for now.
