    remember to “stop recording” before you power off drone! if you simply power off without stopping video recording it will give you errors when trying to access videos (edited)

    And if you do accidentally power off, just power on again, record another few seconds, stop recording, then power off. Happened to me on my Mavic Mini V1.

    Is it correct that these sub 249 gram drones can still be flown above 120 meters in the UK but not in the EU? Is very confusing with sea level and standing on a hill etc.

    From CAA:

    If you fly where the ground falls or rises, such as over
    hills, mountains or cliffs, you may need to adjust your flight path so that your drone or model aircraft is never more than 120m (400ft) from the closest point of the earth's surface.

    You cannot fly over 120m whatever drone it is. (edited)

    How does this compare to most others? Is there much of a difference between this and the Mini 4?

    There is no base Mini 4, just the Mini 4 Pro. That has obstacle avoidance, active tracking and higher frame rates eg 60fps in 4K. Its also twice the price of this.

    I bought the fly more kit version of this Mini 3 and it’s great. You will want more batteries at some point as you get just under 30mins of real world flying time for each one.
