I just tested for Dunstable and working fine here on the Monday
From the email
Very tiring experience
Good fun tho
I'm far too fat, old and unfit but I did 2 x 15 minus sessions with my lightweight son at Bristol. It was 2 x 15 mins session and got about 17/18 laps in each session
Sounds easy, but it was pretty hard. Doing 30-35 minutes straight might finish me!
Can recommend the Leeds track. 580m 45s laps. Very physical, you can go flat out everywhere except end of the straight. I enjoy holding my breath as I curve into the tunnel, hope I miss the bumps and get the chicane right on the exit. 40mph. 50 laps would mean I had to consider my stamina. Usually one decent crash each race. Keep your head screwed on, it is still a Motorsport.
Ill be spending some quality time in bed, they will have to pay me to come down and race at that time ! (edited)
And is there any other costs i.e suit rental, helmet rental, etc? (edited)
edit - plenty still available (edited)
Also electric powered now
So will be new experience
Done it before in Warrington with petrol one,and yes one h race isn’t the easiest
TIP: don’t try to read a magazine whilst you’re going round
Great news for midlanders though.
