    I bought 500GB version of this for my ITZOO lenovo x280 and after fixing of booting, now works just fine. I'm really wondering when it dies on me. Anything over 2 years will be considered success.

    I've been trying to cut down on my QLC NAND hatred recently, lol.

    No. It's gen 4x4. just with gen 3x4 speeds. there is no gen 4x3. nothing uses 3 pci-e lanes.
