About 23 Staples Nationwide are closing down and liquidating their stock. Whilst browsing the store in Mansfield I came across a 1TB USB 3.0 Portable Hard Drive in Hot Pink for £35.60.
The assistant on the till tells me that these have been further reduced to this price just today (60% off).
These are over £100 on Amazon so I'm assuming it's a good deal.

    How much longer can Staples remain a going concern? Prices are just stupid in the main. I can't really see this store's target market. It must be people who are desperate for something and need it now, whatever the price.

    god knows where you shop, either that or you're on a different planet. Decent 1TB USB 3.0 Portable's cost in excess of £50 even when in "deals".. I'd like to see where you've seen these at normal retail price of what you stated! *cough* I smell bullshh *cough*

    I used to work at the Wigan store, that one is closing down (thank f**k i got out when i did). and i asked the staff i still talk to about these and i can confirm that these hard drives are cheap but it is ONLY at the stores that are closing down. I bought a blue 500gb verbatim hard drive for £24.87 for my mum and her new hdtv so i can load it full of films for her.

    they had none of the pink 1tb ones as they had just shipped what they had left to Barnstaple i think, so check there either tomorrow for their delivery. There are other ones that are different colours that vary in price, best to just ask the staff and see which they got.

    don't be fools going into stores that are staying open, of course they ain't doing closing down prices ... They ain't closing down.

    Good spot but would be surprised if you actually get this item in store.
    Dundee store was blitzed last week, shelves were bare just some larger items left, chairs, paper etc
    Saw ticket for this item on shelve, but was marked as oos. asked staff member if in stock and he said no.
