    You may find the spec here interesting. 450TBW per 1TB and no DRAM.

    So for the price if you just want mass stroage sure. But if you can find an extra £20-30, get the Curcial MX500.

    If you have windows installed on this drive i doubt you could tell the difference between this and an MX500 in normal use.

    2.5 Inch SSD vs 2280 NVMe is just form factor (ignoring the underlying SATA vs PCIe Protocols), what matters is the NAND chips on the PCBs. So that's probably why there is not much difference in pricing.

    Thinking of upgrading my PS4's stock hard drive with a 2TB SSD. The price is super tempting.

    Am I missing out by going for one of these (instead of a pricier SSD with DRAM)? Do DRAM SSDs last longer than something like this?
