    I bought this one last week for £120 (used vouchers from trade-ins so it essentially cost me next to nothing!)

    It says PS5 compatible but it doesn't seem to have a heatsink built in, am I meant to buy one if I'm going to be using this in my PS5? Any advice appreciated, I'm new to this memory expansion stuff.

    Heatsinks are recommended by Sony, to prolong the life of the drive mainly. However 3rd party tests have shown that they will still work just fine, normally at around 5 degrees hotter than the ones I posted So you should be fine, but you could always get a 3rd party heatsink to attach to yours if you have concerns
