    Good peice but how much olives inside i seen a budget brand olive oil soread and it was 9% olives 85% veg spread and then preservatives etc

    I was told by a chap who worked in the pharmaceutical industry that Margerine spread is made by adding a congealment to an oil which makes it difficult for the body to break down, ( PS, Im not saying this is the case with this brand )
