    More environmentally friendly to buy UK made paper ones, instead of these that have been made for peanuts by small hands and shipped half way round the world.
    Also, many comments on previous deals saying the cotton detaches and the sticks snap all too easily.

    A Machine makes them. Most things that we own are made in China.

    Buds break at 45 Degrees (still useable)
    Snap at 90 Degrees.

    My #1 issue with the paper ones for my usage is that they are too weak for cleaning anything, they bend and buckle far too easily. Also have the issue of buds detaching far too easily, even with the UK made ones.

    These seem no better for buds detaching, and I'd rather have the stick bend than snap in two.
    Tbh, Johnson's or Boots buds with paper sticks are just as stiff as plastic ones, I've not had any problems.
