    Our house is full Ring Alarm/Cameras/Doorbell so for us its worth it but i guess its dependant

    on 1 hand it will work without subscription (up to some point, I think you wont get notifications when camera spots a person etc). On the other hand, cheapest sub is £3.49/month so not that pricey. Hmm, Im still not sure about it. Decisions decisions.

    Main advantage of the more expensive £8/month / £80/year plan is you can get phone call alerts if the alarm is triggered. With cellular backup so it will work even if your wifi goes down.

    Just started buying ring products door bell security camera with light for the garden and I will eventually get a couple of indoor cameras. I hope they don't eventually do what hive are doing cause I've got three indoor cameras that will eventually going to landfill.

    Just bought the Yale smart offer at £199
    … with no subscription . Seems a better deals seeing as you’ll be paying £40 a year on this in addition to the initial outlay
