I had been looking for a decent 14" laptop with optical drive and touchscreen and I found that one. It looks like steal for me Most of the stores shows out of stock, but I just reserved one in Oasis retail park in Corby

Agreed, but I would have guessed at the old adage of giving people what they want. And I reckon most folks who know stuff about computers would rather have a (for example) 128GB SSD than a 500GB spinning/slow disk. Especially when we have so much cheap cloud storage. Maybe that's just me though.
I like your voting style, others may hate it but I like your honesty.
I also hate the voters who give heat for effort rather than the product...
Because they still cost a lot more than hard drives. Will be a while before they become cheaper.
No it's not.
I have 2 stores close to me that have stock
Nowt as funny as folk!
SSDs have its place, mostly as a os/boot partition it isn't the end all of storage. Understanding the differences and limitations are important. That is the same with cloud storage.

Are you guys getting lazy?
Tempted.
I have to check my voucher then, thanks for that
I dont like Chrome OS personally, but If you do, Toshiba should be enough for internet and media I think and it will be faster for sure

Should know as I work for argos, so make sure you've gotten 20 pounds worth
Now just to clone the drive to my 256mbSSD and add the 4gb ram, Job done.
Oh and it has Windows 8.1 and still in stock. Nice little upgrade for me!
