I bought this BBQ from millets last week. For heaven's sake, save yourself some money and pay a little more as this thing is so flimsy.
I went to move it before filling and lighting it up and it bent in my hand, Once lit and heating up the whole thing warped and I couldn't get the grill in. I'd be lucky if it will last another two or three uses before it heads for the bin. Shame as it's the perfect size for my needs.

Been looking at these on eBay where they are 10.95 ebay.co.uk/itm…895

Hah, I did exactly the same thing. At this price point I find ebay generally cheaper than Amazon on most things - it comes down to how much people value the immediate nature of amazon with next day delivery

I paid for a double pack (same price) just under £7.00 each. Purchased around February, best time to buy.

Why would you buy 2 BBQs? This isn't a disposable BBQ if that's what you're thinking?

Looks identical to the one in Millets/Blacks, i'm sure it wasn't that expensive when I bought mine.

Not a bad little grill, making do until I see a deal on a Weber Go Anywhere. I bought the Weber Smokey Joe Pro for £50 on a deal here but so many reviews pushed towards the Go Anywhere that I returned it.

Just mentioning in case it help anyone

I just had a look through Black's, Millets and go outdoors and couldn't find a bbq similar to this or as low in price.

Good to know for the weber smokey thought

Any recommendations on good box bbq? The DanCook ones were superior but they no longer in business :-(

Not sure if you consider it to be box enough but the research i've done all leads to the Weber Go-Anywhere. Pricey but portable, compact and well thought out.

What confuses me is most people say hands down it's better than the Smokey Joe in all regards (to the point that people are drilling into the Joe just to make it perform adequately) yet there's a handful of people that have tried both and prefer the Smokey Joe.

Space is at a premium for use so Go-Anywhere is locked into my crosshairs when it gets cheap enough. Until then, the Millets version of Ops deal is adequate for our burger-n-sausages level of BBQing.
    Hope that helps

Would I be arrested if I attempted to cook facon and Beyond Burgers/Sausages on that BBQ? (edited)
