    Is this any better than a 3600 which is cheaper?

    they are very similar but 5500 doesn't support pcie gen 4 and has half of 3600 L3 cach.

    I'm pretty sure they did! They changed all the prices to match what the items cost on their website after the discount code is applied. So makes no difference if you buy from them on ebay or their own website.
