Great price for these. Very hard wearing and lightweight. Wore mine for years but the strap broke (replacement ones were like hen's teeth and stupid money) and the plastic crystal scratches extremely easily (easily fixed with some Polywatch). The bezel is pointless and just for show (no ratcheting mechanism and freely rotates in either direction). Superb beater watch that's very legible (the lume is non-existent though).

Nice budget model, I wish they had it with the amber numbers as there is a variation on this model I think that does have them. But not @ argos for this low price

They had loads of different combinations at one time on Amazon, can only find 2 or 3 now?

    Anyone done the oil mod?

I did consider it but after reading many reviews it seemed a bit pointless since it reduces battery life and just too much mess and hassle for a 13 quid watch, you have to factor in the cost of the oil as well.

Love this watch. My favourite beater. Though i needed to shorten the strap a bit.

Excellent buy, needed a everyday watch that will take some knocks. Thanks

Great price for a basic, but not bad looking watch.

Buying this watch made me re evaluate heavy steel watches and took me on a journey where I eventually settled on a casioak, rarely do I wear anything else now.

Short of putting this under a juggernaut wheel, they are pretty much indestructible. Mine refuses to die despite all the hard life and salt water. Hard not to come to love it for that.
Bargain price for 99.9% of people who think they 'need' a G-Shock.
