How can million dollar baby not be in that list

The distribution rights to Million Dollar Baby aren't held by Warner Bros (not outside North America, anyway). This is likely the reason it's not included in this [Warner-published] collection.
People always ask similar questions when collections like these appear on HUKD (e.g. The Tim Burton Collection or The Spielberg Collection). The answer is always the same: The artist doesn't own the distribution rights; the studios do, and even then they can vary between regions.
As most big directors will work with multiple different studios throughout their career, you're very unlikely to see a complete collection of their work in a single release.

I think Heartbreak Ridge is underrated.

Which clown assembled this collection of Eastwood's best films?

Some are only directed by Eastwood and he didn't even feature in them as an actor, some he starred in and directed. It completely misses out his best work from the 1960s and 1970s. Parp parp clownery. (edited)

To be fair, it was the thread author who said "best", not the publisher. "10 of his more recent films" may be more accurate, but it's not very catchy

It’s a Warner Brothers collection, so totally depends on distribution rights
