If you freeze it, it'll will be fine for over a year because I forgot mine in the freezer for way over a year, and it was perfectly fine

Remeber years ago I stumbled on a guy at morrisons reducing anchor butter to 9p for 250g bar. He had 5 trays of 24 in front of him I asked are you going to reduce them all. He said yes. I said dont bother individually labelling em I'll take em all. Bought around a 120 gave them to family and friends and still had enough in my freezer lasted me around a full year. Just got back from shopping and spotted this post. Thankfully I managed to get one whilst I was out. They only had one left and it's not my usual butter but for 9p thought I would give it a go. Wow. I was not disappointed. It's lovely! Will keep my eyes open for it in future. If it's ever on offer again I will be buying
