sorted byIf you have the text quite small it may be an issue with this being 1080p/FullHD (it's aimed at gamers more than office work where the lower resolution doesn't matter THAT much - though some people still claim it's awful for gaming).
You might be better off with a 1440p 60/75Hz IPS screen (maybe a 100Hz if there's any bargains around).
Text will be sharper at that res and it sounds like that's what you'd prefer.
I should have some decent non-gaming 27" 1440p monitors in my Amazon wish list, I'll see if there's anything there at a reasonable price. (edited)

Great for gaming, but 1920x1080 desktops on a 27" are just painful.
