This deal is expired. Here are some options that might interest you:
On Hong Kong Xbox live store:
Destiny pre-order download: approx £30.40 (HKD 390)
Destiny Digital Guardian Edition: £43.60 (HKD 559)
This is for Xbox One preview members, who can change their location to Hong Kong in the settings. Please note that although Microsoft has indicated you are okay to buy things from different regions, there is no guarantee that their stance on this won't change. (Its a good deal but you've got to trust a corporation's ethics... and its Microsoft...) Given that warning please enjoy the discount if you're up for 5 minutes of fiddling with the settings.
1) On home screen push the START button, the button with three lines (the menu button?) That one!
2) Select SETTINGS
3) Select SYSTEM
4) Change locality to HONG KONG
5) auto restart
6) go to xbox store and buy Destiny 390 HKD - 30.40 approx)
7) select pay with credit card (PAYPAL doesnt work) and use your normal card. need a postcode in HONG KONG and a phone number, i used the postcode given in OP and the phone for the HK university ;)999077 and a Hong Kong phone number, 2921 2222.
Wait for the download to finish on our slow as UK connections. DONE
Remember everyone who did this last time was banned from xbox live

Ignore previous comment - this method has been being used on Amazon, XBL and PSN without issue for a while now.
Also, you don't need to be in the preview programme in order to change your locality.

Lol you're not an idiot i had to bing it. Just say xbox bing. then type in destiny. or even say xbox bing destiny to your kinect.
Also I won't post any more of these xbox one change location deals as its against xbox one Terms of Service, and the risk involved seems to upset a very vocal section of the userbase. Its a strange kind kind of anger people feel when someone else is taking a risk and getting a better deal than yourself because you are worried (perhaps justifiably so) to take that risk.
I will continue to use cheaper xbox one store because surely digital prices SHOULD be cheaper than retail based on costs. Like I said previously I doubt MS will ban this many users but I have close friends who were affected by the banhammer three years ago.
I wouldn't stop posting these types of deals to suit the jobsworth brigade. They can swivel. Keep posting them.
1. No you shouldn't even be migrating account
2. You simply change console region via settings
3. For those begging for invites it's upto microsoft if they accept you into the program, just because you get an invite doesn't mean you are in!

Yes, thats the dollar symbol $. The region is Hong Kong. So someone living in Hong Kong would see that as Hong Kong Dollars, HKD.

What you quoted is about switching the account region, not the console region. That's always been like that due to licensing agreements.
Nope It's still the same T&C's (when it comes to this) they had for the 360. Nothing's changed.

I used it, downloading at 18% now. Lot of people confirmed on the Diablo 3 thread which I've been playing all week from HK store.
this worries me too a little bit, but I have a fake billing address for the US anyways, so it makes hardly any difference to change it to HK. But I think the scale is a good thing, I'm sure over 200,000 people across Europe all have to use US store with fake billing address because Xbox hasn't 'officially' launched in those countries so they don't have an xbox store. If that makes any sense...
Yep, it is against the terms of service, you could get your account banned and lose all your games.
I wish people would stop posting about this, it's surely going to result in the loophole being closed - we don't need a new topic for every game!
invited you, will take a while for Microsoft to register it though, please be patient. I guess this deal is more helpful for people who are in the program already. Inviting takes a little while so would be helpful if everyone just invited one or two people. I'm done inviting for the week.
