    Fitted one today. Internal.
Solid little box. Decent amount of focused light over a table saw, not too bright, not too dim
Certainly feels more robust than the similar light it's replacing.
    Nice solder tipped cabling.
30cm more than enough cord for this sort of thing. Wired to a switch or junction.
Price of a decent bulb. All good. (edited)

Amazon details are wrong all the time. Looking at the chip I'd say it's 6500k white. Drapers own site don't say anything, probably cause it's just some random cheapo chinese light with the Draper logo printed on. Companies put their names on cheap crap all the time.

300mm of cable - that won't go far!

I think that the general idea is that you will have fixed wiring to a connection point adjacent to each lamp fitting - rather than run long lengths of flex on exterior walls, etc. I've lost track of the changes to the Wiring Regulations - possibly it is ok to DIY replace an existing exterior light fitting (that goes to such a connection point via three core flex) but not to install that fixed wiring. Clipping flex along a wall being rather frowned on.
