I also suspect they use this as a discount channel. Protecting prices on their mainstream retailers and instead selling as refurb at discounted prices to get second tier buyers.

A quick search of this company reveals lots of disgruntled customers receiving fake/broken goods, orders not turning up and refunds not being given... so best avoid at all costs

Probably customer returns after realising they're not worth the money they've spent on them.
You'd have to be out of your mind to buy this.
Mine looks brand new in the box with 2 other boxes with all the attachments still in wrapping. I’d contact them again and say a family member purchased the same and got it
It’s not clear on the listing, it’s isn’t actually listed in the “what’s in the box”, but it shows it as an accessory further down the page. I just assumed it’s an extra to purchase
