P@H is an awful shop! Overinflated prices and nonsense pet food. As someone said, reserve it, turn up, and they casually just say it's not on stock. Nothing ever available for home delivery, as someone has also mentioned. Staff's attitude is disgusting in the stores, and even worse at HQ!

Cold because they never have stock for home delivery and every time I reserve for store collection I get there and there is no stock there either. In fact last week I reserved £150 worth of Whiskas on special offer + 15% off and got confirmation of my collect from store order. When I went to get it they didn't even stock some of the flavours on the order at that store!
Absolute rubbish staff who couldn't care less too.

Find your local pet food wholesaler, they're often open to anyone. We have one 12 miles away and bulk buy frozen dog food a pack of 12 packs for £8 this stuff is over £1 a pack at Pets at Home!!

Have to agree with Nature lover - I work in the veterinary industry.... Bakers is like feeding your dog hundreds of sweets full of E numbers - And people wonder why their dogs are hyper, un trainable and poo for England.... It looks a tasty inviting food but you are actually doing more harm than good..... It's every ones own decision what they feed their dogs but it is worth you looking into the food and the useless ingredients before jumping on the poster......

Our cats will not eat the normal Felix but do like AGAIL. Now I know this sounds ridiculous but when AGAIL is on offer, they often turn their noses up at it. Do you think it possible that they reduce the quality before putting it on offer?

My dog had the squits with Bakers so instead of complaining about it to the world, I just changed her food. You'll be pleased to know she no longer has the squits.
