sorted byuse it to connect my guitar up to my MacBook Pro m1, worked instantly and sounds really clear, plus the little traffic light system on the device lets you know if your signal is too loud so you can turn down the gain on the device.
runs on phantom power so does go though your battery pretty quickly (edited)
Have a look at your settings.
Never heard of this site though. However, don't forget to sign up the mailing list as you'll get another £5 off.
Bit of a no brainer, espeically if you're unlikely to ever use them again.
Idk about recording but be careful if you're using this to playback through your speakers/headphones for example.
Recording software will be able to automatically dupe the tracks so you can get stereo with just one line if you need
Apparently you need to spend money on a preamp to get a good sound from a non condenser mic with low gain. Bit of a shame as I get a way better recording if I just use my phone...
I've tried Ableton Live Lite, XLN Addictive Keys and the Marshall Silver Jubilee 2555 amp, and I got to say I'm pretty impressed by all these, it's mad value considering I paid about £70 for a refurbished Solo 3rd gen.
