    I ordered one in "good" condition from this company. Though I decided not to keep it for some reason, it was over 14 days of " no quibble return" period. They refunded me very promptly with no issues at all. I fully recommend the company for its great customer service. (edited)

    I bought a loop mobile 13 pro max recently and I’ve been pleasantly surprised by how well the 128gb has held up. I still have 80gb of space remaining. Obviously this will change if I start to take loads of videos / photos and have movies etc downloaded to my phone but that would represent a sizeable change in use for me. I’d have liked 256 but happy enough with this for now.

    As someone who switched from a Pixel 5 to an iPhone 13 mini, I really wish I could run Android on the iPhone. There are so many small things that irk me about iOS but the hardware is so nice that I can somewhat look past it. For example - the absolutely stupid autocorrect, no systemwide back button, no proper file management, worse keyboard haptics despite better haptic engine. Same with the MacBook and the iPad - excellent hardware but so many small software annoyances that I either have to pay to get rid of or simply tolerate them because "I'm holding it wrong".

    Yes I'm debating about getting one on eBay aswell for less than this with hopefully 100% battery heath or near it

    Great deal! The 13 Mini is a great phone: As small physically as the SE, but with a much bigger screen. Also the battery life is much improved over the 12 Mini (but obviously will not be as good as the larger phones).

    I'm guessing they are fitted with new batteries given "good as new" states 100% battery health - I'm assuming these aren't official Apple batteries... (edited)

    I doubt they have replaced the batteries, you can't really slip a battery replacement by on the 13 - I believe the phone would throw a warning message and it would be obvious, also I think they stop reporting the battery health percentage.

    Is the facial recognition better then using fingerprints to unlock this phone? It’s the only thing holding me back.

    I am on an iphone 12 pro and must say I love face recognition and much prefer it to fingerprint - not missed a beat yet.

    Just make sure Face ID works (on some secondhand phones it is a regular feature that is noted as having failed so unsure how robust it is, but wouldnt go back to fingerprint if given the choice.
