Update 1
Update 28/7: Back at £199
Price matching direct, works vouchers can be used at Currys if you have access
It's the GoPro you love - but smaller. The GoPro HERO11 Black Mini is only 133 g, so you'll barely even feel it mounted to your body or helmet. The large sensor means you can capture more – more sky, more sea, more fun. Wide, tall, or square – however you like to upload to your socials, you've got an extra-large canvas to play with. You can shoot ultra-sharp 5.3K resolution video (which is a ridiculous 91% more than 4K) at a super smooth 240 fps. Not forgetting epic 27-megapixel photos that are packed with fine details, realistic textures, and impressive contrast. Bike, skate, or chase your kids through the park – award-winning HyperSmooth 5.0 stabilisation makes sure even the shakiest footage comes out silky smooth. And when you want to slow things down, the powerful processor can handle 8x Slo-Mo at 2.7K.
Good to know
- Make quick edits on the fly with the GoPro Quik app – you can zoom, crop, change the aspect ratio, and more
- Horizon Lock keeps the horizon steady and straight, even if the camera does a full 360-degrees
- It's waterproof up to 10 m and built tough so you can capture some epic underwater (and on water) footage
- Shoot for longer thanks to the Enduro battery which is designed to handle cold temperatures
- You can pause 5.3K videos and extract 24.7 megapixel stills for impressive freeze-frame action
- With Easy Controls you can just point and shoot – switch to Pro Controls to adjust resolutions, frame rates and more
- The 2 sets of folding mounting fingers let you capture your adventures from almost any angle

sorted byApparently the price reduction is down to poor sales and issues with the units. Freezing and over heating etc.
The use cases to buy one is smaller but they are perfect for FPV drones. Especially at £199 you won’t get better video quality for the price (edited)
But 6% off if you have blue light or similar.... Cheapest it's been at £188! Bargain!
anybody have direct experience of both?
I have linked the rtings review for ir as well

But personally find a second hand Hero 9, if you want cheap (edited)
