Updates mean it runs perfect now but I'm not sure about ps4
Story isn't bad but your dialogue choices mean nothing for the most part.
Some of the side quests outside of the main story were interesting though.
The gameplay did get a little boring after a while and I encountered numerous glitches whilst playing. The 2 biggest issues were the second broomstick trial was damn near impossible (after the one on the quidditch pitch), but for PC users it's super easy as for some reason they get an additional 30 seconds on their time trial. As a competent gamer, I spent about 5 hours over the course of a week trying to beat it but was always a second off, and I was hitting every hoop perfectly, racing line, minimal movement etc. I think it unlocked on it's own after changing the difficulty to the lowest as it unlocks automatically.
The other was the demiguise moon collection. Collect enough and you can unlock higher level locks. The counter was incorrect and displayed 0 when I collected about 12. Fortunately I did actually unlock the upgrade, the counter was just always 0 so I never knew how many I returned.
The overworld missions did get repetitive, but overall the graphics were so stunning, and there's so much to explore, I spent a lot of time just roaming and attacking villains.
Great game for any HP fan, but for the gamers who prefer more depth in their open-world, free-roam games, (like Fallout, RDR2, Borderlands etc.) this probably isn't the game for you. Then again it is targeted at a younger audience
