Just get yourself thermal jacket for your outdoor taps and you are sorted. Around £2 each.
    Example below, various colours available.

PLEASE COVER THE EXPOSED COPPER PIPE WITH SOME LAGGING AS FEW EAGLE EYED COMMUNITY MEMBERS POINTED THIS OUT

Do yourself a favour and get a garden lever tap instead.

These don't have a built in double check valve so perhaps why the price, still voted hot though.

Most plumbers and homes don't even bother with isolater valves let alone double check valves(You can not get both in one here), but its per the water regulations. I got a screwfix one for 7-8 quid with an built in double check valve, but its better to have a double check valve installed on the inside(due to possible freezing) which was a mistake on my part but my tap should be fine its lagged and shielded from most rain/ice anyhow and I have a isolater inside.

I tried those half turn taps (pegler) but mine rusted really bad and discolored after a year oddly despite being shielded from rain and frost!

i have one of these indoors but its juse has the tapered end, anyway of geting a hose to connect to that tapered bit, besides using a jubilee clip.

I think both threaded ends of bib tap are the same diameter, if you have any of those fittings at home try and screw it on and then use standard hose connector to fed the tap.
